Avoraza is a reverse of Azarova - my great-grandmother's and grandmother's maiden name. Both of these women left a huge impact on who I am as a person today. I wanted to honour them, show how much they mean to me, and create something I wanted my whole life - an organisation where I would not have to work a day as I love what I do with all my heart - same as I love these two incredible women.
I want to share my passion and engage your business with the target audience while using content that is relative, emotional, and relatable - like the meaning of my brand.
My Life Story
I was born in Lithuania and in 2011 I have emigrated to London together with my family. Although in college I have studied music, my path took a different turn in 2015 when I have been accepted into University of Greenwich to study Events Management.
During the years in university, I have taken few marketing classes which I really enjoyed and in 2018, I have decided to go for master’s degree in Marketing and expand my knowledge. I have graduated with dual degree between University of Greenwich and ESCEM Business School in France gaining two diplomas – Strategic Marketing Communications and International Marketing.
My working career is combined of multiple experiences in catering, hospitality, beauty, retail, administration, marketing and events. I have always worked more than one job at the time and proved myself that I can achieve anything. During my years at university, I have been volunteering for a charity where I have undertaken full events management and marketing duties and organised sporting events for children as well as marketed them on social media. Later on, I have worked in the beauty salon, where I have managed social media platforms and undertaken administrative duties. I have also helped my parents to establish their social media presence when they have opened an Eastern European food shop and still successfully managing their social media platforms. Before Covid-19 took over the world I have worked as an event coordinator for the hotel and was responsible for multiple meetings at a time. It was challenging and stressful, but I have managed to achieve many goals and proved myself that my time management and customer services skills are developed to excellence.
Now, I am an independent marketing freelancer who wants to help small businesses develop and reach their market. I will provide you will full guidance, marketing strategies and content, so you will not have to figure it out yourself. I will take over your social media platforms and will do my best to provide you with the greatest results possible by applying my experience and knowledge.
The Helping Hand
I am Mara, the Marketing Coordinator at Avoraza. To tell you a little about myself, I am located in a small town in Denmark. Just like Erika, my home is my office. My passions include painting, drawing, tarot and creating podcasts. I took over the position in November 2020, a moment that changed my life completely. Holding such an important place in the company made me realize how much work is put into creating a Start-Up company.

Step 2: I prepare a brief event plan and present it to you so we can discuss the amendments and finalise the details.
Step 3: The event organisational process begins! Scheduling and planning.
Step 4: The event is happening.
Step 5: We evaluate the success of the event, review the pros and cons, and suggest future improvements if needed.
